Orange Marketing began when two friends with many years of marketing and technology experience decided to join forces. Between us, we had worked at the gamut of B2B and B2C companies, from VC funded to Fortune 500, and we thought it would be interesting to bring our experience to the growing startup sector in the OC. Of course, it's not just us! Our team (meet the Team) and our partners bring even more experience in a wide variety of industries.
Our philosophy is that there is no substitute for hands-on, in the trenches building of programs, and then testing and learning. We listen to you and implement your ideas — most of the time. We'll try to coach you if you're barking up the wrong tree. And believe us, after implementing and watching hundreds of sales and marketing programs both succeed and stumble, we know the difference.
Our methodology is to bring best practices to a company with a small or non-existent marketing team. We enjoy building your "smarketing" (sales+marketing) foundation: an established program of inbound and outbound techniques, and sales enablement, that you can have your team maintain. It's not our objective to hold you hostage, we want you to fly and be free.
If you have a larger group and need HubSpot expertise or just another pair of eyes, we're here for you as well. We'll come in, audit your marketing activities and your HubSpot implementation, and give you a set of recommendations to jump-start your lead generation and up your game. We can implement recommendations as well if you'd like. That is strictly up to you.

Most recently for the past 6 years, Amanda was the Marketing Manager for MBK Homes, a Southern California Home Builder. She hails from UC Santa Barbara, and an English major to boot.

Monica's background in promoting corporate and government clients began with Media Monitors Australia where she assisted public relations departments in targeting and monitoring press and broadcast news. She has focused her career in content generation across multiple industries, with a strong background in designing publicity campaigns for conferences, I.T. tours, crowdfunding campaigns, and book launches.
Monica focuses on keeping the content engine running at Orange Marketing. She holds a B.A. in Communications from Cal State Sacramento.

Kirill started his digital career as a content producer for Motor Trend, one of the country’s largest automotive publications, and is no stranger to the relentless pressure and tireless pace that are part of the startup experience. Though he has led content operations for digital properties with millions of visitors and managed PPC accounts with six-figure budgets, he prefers to work with small companies because of the opportunity to make an outsize impact. A native of Moscow, Russia, Kirill has a B.S. in Electronics and Computer Engineering Technology from Cal Poly Pomona. He is an avid surfer and drives a 1965 Ford truck.

Yes, we have a thing for dogs. A few of us have owned (own) cats, but we don't discuss that too much. Kelsey volunteers for Coastal German Shepherd Rescue. And Amber feeds kittens and chases down missing dogs down in South County. So if you see dogs walking around in the background of our video calls and hear occasional (me me me) barks, that's why.
